Mark 3:14 “And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,”
This opening text reveals God’s dealing with everyone who will operate on His terms: the ordination to ‘be’ and to ‘do’. Here, twelve were called into service but in a certain order they were first ordained to be with Jesus, that is, to be groomed to be who He calls them to be.
Then comes the aspect of doing, see how the Bible says that ‘He might’, meaning if the being is not fulfilled, there could be no doing. Beloved, you need to be who God calls you to be at His standard if you would do exploits. Be with Him!
Talk to God: Father, teach me to yield my will, my commitment and life to you in Jesus name, amen.

Acts 17:28 “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.”
Wisdom is applying knowledge effectively. Whereas it is important to know whom God calls us, it is more important that we know how to be just that. As this text clearly states, our being can only exist in and with God, just like there is no river without a source.
God certainly invested so much into you to make you what He wants you to be. When you realize this, you need to make conscious and deliberate efforts towards living up to that standard. Be who God calls you!
Talk to God: Dear Lord, give me enablement to live up to your standard for me in Jesus name, amen.

Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
Should the righteous worry? Not if they are truly the righteous. God says ‘no condemnation’, who then brings it? His redemption cures condemnation! God’s will for us is to have life, even more abundantly (John 10:10). Glory!
If you keep having the horrors of condemnation, check and be sure you have truly been redeemed, if yes, stop worrying and accept God’s acceptance, if no, cry to Him for redemption today!
Talk to God: Oh Lord, help me to understand your plan of faultless life and experience in Jesus name, amen.

Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
Is this opening text surprising? Maybe not since we often read it, but is it amazing? Read it again and see! God knows that which has not even existed and everything has an appointment, too, what an organised God!
When you allow yourself see who God sees in you, you make yourself more comfortable with His plans. Accept what He sees you as, it is glory to glory!
Talk to God: Father, make me to understand all things from your point of view in Jesus name, amen.

Psalms 82:6 “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.”
Hallelujah! God has created us with such glory that He calls us ‘gods’. It is a beautiful estate He sets us in yet many do not accept what calls them often because they feel they just can’t fit in. Should the pot have to struggle with the potter?
Have you ever asked yourself about how God sees you? He knows your fault and low estate but He still calls you faultless and of High esteem. Settle for God’s deed, not for the less. More grace!
Talk to God: Help me to accept the perfection done over me in Christ in Jesus name, amen.
